Ask out loud, in your own words, and it answers with the numbers. It also speaks up on its own when it matters: fuel, gaps, flags, the pit window.

Install

Download the installer and open it. No admin rights needed, nothing to configure.

What is RaceCraft?
RaceCraft is a companion app for Le Mans Ultimate (LMU) on Windows: an AI race engineer that talks to you on the radio, a live dashboard for any screen, race strategy, telemetry, a setup engineer and a coaching plan to get faster on every track.
Is the race engineer AI?
Yes. It understands what you say with speech recognition and answers with natural AI voices, both running on your PC. The numbers it gives come straight from the game's telemetry, so it doesn't make things up.
Is RaceCraft free?
Yes. RaceCraft is free to download and use, updates included.
What do I need?
A PC with Windows 10 or 11 and Le Mans Ultimate. A phone or tablet for a second screen is optional.
Does it change anything in the game?
No. RaceCraft reads the telemetry the game shares and its local API, the same way other dashboards do. It doesn't install mods or touch the game's files, and it never overwrites your setups.
Can I use it with a single screen?
Yes. Use the engineer on the radio while you drive and look at the telemetry, strategy and plan between stints. Your phone or tablet can be the second screen, and the overlay puts widgets over the game.
Will it work with other sims?
Not yet. RaceCraft is still in beta and made for Le Mans Ultimate first. We want to bring it to more sims soon.
Does it work in VR?
The engineer on the radio works in VR, and the dashboard works on a second screen, phone or tablet. The overlay over the game needs borderless or windowed mode, so it doesn't show in the headset.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Spanish, in the app and on the radio.
How do updates work?
RaceCraft checks for new versions by itself and shows what's new. You choose when to install, and it never interrupts a session.
Where do the reference times come from?
From the community sheet by Ohne Speed, kept in sync automatically. RaceCraft places your pace in its packs, scaled to your car.
